EOU continues to grow at MHCC

Eastern Oregon University’s Business Administration Program on the Mt. Hood Community College campus has had a 9 percent increase in enrollment this term.

According to Bob Costi, the EOU director of business programs and professor of business administration, “the Business Administration Program has been here since 2002, and has grown every term.”

The EOU classes in business administration and elementary education are offered on the MHCC campus. “Students use Mt. Hood and the Business Administration Program (with EOU) at the same time,” says Costi.

Costi believes the program is flourishing because “cost and overhead is very low,” and they are a “profit center” for EOU. “Folks are coming back for retraining; they need a degree to get back into the business world.”
