JOHNNY DEPP SHOULD WIN

Case against Amber Heard a slam-dunk

Hollywood stars in today’s world are not getting the justice they deserve in the court of law, and in life in general. The sad truth is, they get treated differently because of who they are and the wealth that they have.

A current example of this is the celebrity news frenzy, starting weeks ago, that is the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial. The most famous Hollywood star, Depp, is suing Heard, his former partner, for $50 million due to her false statement claming his domestic abuse – a libelous statement – that has ruined his career for eternity.

The trial is because of an article that Ms. Heard had written that Depp says includes a false statement about him, referring to domestic abuse accusations and more.

Most recently, it’s clear to say that Heard is staring at a loss against Depp, from the look of the trial’s cross-examination phase. Camille Vasquez, an associate of the high-powered Brown Rudnick firm’s litigation & arbitration practice group, is representing Depp. She is as top-notch a lawyer of the century as you’d ever see in court, and is taking down Heard with catching her lies, left and right.

Depp is not worried or anxious that he might lose against Heard; he is relaxed because he knows deep-down that he has the best team on his side that is going to win the case by (stuffing) aggressive questions down Heard’s throat. Questions that are

technically the most rational and common-sense ones that Vasquez has, versus Heard’s team not having, in the slightest way, the effective counter-questions to ask Johnny on the witness stand.

FACTS ON HIS SIDE

In my mind, there are countless mounds of evidence to bring Depp some justice. There’s evidence that proves Heard is a liar, under oath. For one, as described in an article on Insidethemagic.net there is a chunk of evidence stating in 2018 Heard declared that she would donate $3.5 million dollars each to the ACLU and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. She has not donated the $7 million dollars to those two charities; in fact, under oath, she claimed that she was going to, but couldn’t, because he had sued her.

In truth, she had all the time in the world from 2018 until now to donate to the charities and didn’t fully commit to her promise, she admitted under Vasquez’s questioning on May 16.

It is not that Amber Heard is not a good person. Everyone makes mistakes, including Johnny; but it is stunning to see how far she has been willing to make those mistakes ruin someone’s life completely, to purposely break them apart. Heard is that one person who has made more than a mistake, to have been able to ruin Depp’s life in a way that is indescribable.

In fact, nearly four million people have signed a petition for Heard to be dropped, not able to play in the “Aquaman 2” movie. Since she wrote an article that relates to talking about Depp and abuse (the object of the libel case at hand), he lost his Disney

career, it is now only fair that she doesn’t get to be part of Aquaman anymore – just like how he doesn’t get to be Jack Sparrow anymore.

Both Depp and Heard have taken the witness stand, under oath. There were others who were on his side that took a stand for him, and the ones who took hers, as well. On YouTube, if you’ve watched the trial, you can see a massive difference between the two groups’ answers. As for Depp’s side, Heard’s lawyers asked his friends and/or family members a question – if any point in time, was he ever abusive, in general, besides to Heard (as alleged). Most all of them answered exactly that he was never violent towards anyone he’s spoken to or known, EVER. No one on the stand for him (as a witness) ever accused him of being violent to anyone.

For Heard’s (friendly) witnesses, it was clearly negative, in how they accused Depp for abuse based on what she had told her friends and family on how “Johnny violently abused me.”

Of course, there was evidence presented of how she had applied makeup to make her face look like she had suffered real bruises from where Depp assaulted her – again, false claims, and lies under oath.

From these claims, there have been informed counter-arguments. In my view, Depp deserves to win this case one hundred percent and take the $50 million home. In the remaining days of the trial, there will be much evidence that Heard has been defeated, and her lies buried.

Vasquez and Depp’s personal attorney, Ben Chew, are two of the most high-prestige lawyers around, who will honor him by winning the case by the hard work of presenting solid evidence.
