JOIN STUDENT CLUBS AT MT. HOOD

Well – school is back in session, and student clubs at Mt. Hood Community College are starting back up again.

There are many clubs that can mesh with those amazing talents so many people have, or new talents they may wish to embark on. These clubs give students the opportunity to get a deeper more meaningful grasp of community and learn more about the things they are interested in, without the added pressure.

Truly, these clubs are a great way to expand one’s horizons and open new doors to anyone who is curious!

That said, here are the groups students will be seeing more of this Fall Term and this school year on campus:

There’s a great opportunity to learn more about each of these student clubs soon during the Fall Term Club Fair, coming soon. Student club members and representatives will be on hand from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday Oct. 10-11, in the Vista Dining Hall to answer any and all questions, with raffle prizes up for grabs, too. Beyond that, the club representatives meet from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday during Fall, Winter, and Spring terms in the MHCC council chambers, AC 1052, located in the Student Union.

Anytime, anyone who would like more information on these current clubs or is interested in joining a club may feel free to contact the ASMHCC (student government) Student Clubs and Organizations representative at [email protected] or the staff organizations council adviser at Rozina.Lethe@
